The Project

Eretz Yamim is a luxurious Israeli architectural construction project located in the wild and tranquil northern foothills of the Sea of Galilee.

The Developers

Mr. Eytan Liraz is one of the most prominent lawyers in Israel. Mr. Liraz has been involved for many years in many complex, high-profile cases, some of which have had across-the-board impact on the Israeli economy. He is also responsible for Supreme Court precedents. Mr. Liraz’s clients include a long list of some of the largest commercial groups in Israel, prominent businessmen, and many multinational companies, represented in countless large-scale cases. Mr. Liraz has also represented, among others, many public figures, in proceedings that have had across-the-board impact on the Israeli economy. Mr. Liraz has many years of international experience, including several years of work as an attorney in Geneva, Switzerland and in New York, USA – primarily in the context of international arbitrations.

Mr. Liraz served for over a decade as the Israeli representative and Board Member of several leading international groups, including a prominent investment bank and leading car manufacturer.

Mr. Ronel Elkayam is a qualified lawyer specializing in real estate, with several years’ experience in real estate development and investment, as well as business development. Mr. Elkayam has substantial experience in leading residential and commercial real estate ventures, including managing marketing and sales for a real estate company focused on residential development projects in various regions across Israel, and primarily in the center of the country and the northern region of the Sea of Galilee. Mr. Elkayam accumulated significant experience in identifying land opportunities with substantial real estate development potential, leading to notable profit potential for ventures.

Ronel volunteers as the chairman of the Yeshivat Shavei Hevron Association, acts as a director for the HaYogev Association, dedicated to preserving national lands and supporting Galilee farmers, and is a member of the Friends of Midreshet Noam.

The Team

Dovi holds an LLB from the Academic College of Law and Science, and an LLM from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Dovi brings over a decade of experience in marketing and project management, both in residential and commercial sectors. Throughout his career, he has led sales for significant real estate projects, with specialized expertise in marketing and advising on projects for buyer groups.

Shimon has been involved in marketing residential and commercial real estate projects for approximately 8 years.
